2. Read Ephesians 3:14-21. In the prayer Paul offered for the believers in Ephesus, what was his first request on their behalf? Why do you think he prioritized asking for their inner strength through the Spirit over safety and comfort?

3. The illustration of the steel-reinforced object portrays a kind of internal strength that may not be visible on the outside. How can you apply this concept of internal strength to your life? How does God give that strength to us?

4. According to the sermon, what does it mean for Christ to dwell in your heart through faith? How does this differ from merely adopting the label of being a Christian?

5. Paul prays that the believers would be rooted and grounded in love. How can deep roots and a strong foundation in Christ's love affect your spiritual growth and stability in life?

6. In Ephesians 3:18-19, Paul speaks of comprehending the vastness of Christ's love, which surpasses all knowledge. How can we grow in our understanding and experience of God's immeasurable love?

7. The prayer in Ephesians 3:19 focuses on being filled with the fullness of God. What do you think this fullness entails, and how can we experience it in our lives?

8. The last verses of the passage emphasize God's ability to do far more abundantly than we can ask or think. How does this perspective challenge our common desires and pursuits in life? How can we seek to glorify God more in our lives and in the church?
