Serve Team
Join a Team
Whether it’s helping kids learn about Jesus in our Journey Kids ministry, welcoming guests, or pitching in behind-the-scenes with the production team, every member of our Serve Team helps make a difference! No matter your gifts, experiences, or availability, there are plenty of opportunities for you to connect with a team and serve.
Opportunites
Below are some of the opportunities we have to serve at each campus.
Guest Experience
Provide a welcoming, distraction-free experience for those who step on a Journey Church location. Serve as a greeter, seater, or part of the prayer, parking, or security teams to help everyone feel seen, safe, welcomed, and at home.
Kids
Create welcoming, safe, and engaging environments where kids, from birth through 5th grade, can discover a love for Jesus. Partner with parents to help kids grow in their faith through worship, interactive lessons, and fun activities.
Worship
Lead people to worship God through singing either as a vocalist or instrumentalist.
Students
Create a fun, welcoming place where students can connect with Jesus and each other. Serve as a small group leader or part of the guest experience team to help students grow in their faith and feel at home.
Group Leader
Create opportunities for people to connect relationally and grow spiritually in every season of life.
Next Steps
Our Next Steps teams exists to serve at every step of the journey—from hosting and encouraging our Serve Team at weekly rallies, to creating a warm and welcoming Next Steps environment, and walking alongside those taking the step of baptism.
Production
Serve behind-the-scenes to create environments where everyone can engage fully with the message of Jesus.
