Production Required Timelines – Please honor the timelines listed with each request and please keep in mind that during busy seasons such as Easter or Christmas, production times may take longer. All new requests will be reviewed on Thursday morning for the following week. Please submit CAD forms by Wednesday at 5pm for them to be organized into Basecamp for the following week. Any forms received after Wednesday at 5pm will be reviewed the following Thursday!

Design & Print Promotion
This form replaces: Stand-Alone Printing Request, Stand-Alone Digital Graphic, Apparel / Promotional Item Request, Environmental Item Request, Proofing Request, Quote Form, and Photographer Request Form. Everything can now be completed here.
Time Required – 4-8 Weeks (4 weeks for print items, 8 weeks for apparel or environmental)
Event & Donation Promotion
This form replaces: Event Promotion, Donation Promotion, Location Outreach Events, & One Night Events
Time Required – 8 Weeks before promotion begins
Location Outreach Events
This form replaces: Web Content Change and Web Error.
Time Required – 2-3 Weeks
